Iconic Photographer

Image
Iconic Photographer Project Ansel Adams The most significant landscape photographer of the 20th century was an American named Ansel Adams, who was born on February 20, 1902, in San Francisco, California, and passed away on April 22, 1984, in Carmel, California.  Ansel Adams primarily captured black-and-white images of nature in the American West's national parks. Adams was drawn to these locations because of their untouched, natural beauty. His objective was to record the breathtaking beauty of the world as it is. These are some pictures that I have taken in the past on some past trips to Guam, and at beaches and Golf courses.

War in the Pacific

Suicide Cliff:  Near the northern tip of Saipan, in the Northern Mariana Islands, is a cliff known as Suicide Cliff. It gained historical significance toward the end of World War II. Bird Island:  Bird Island, which is northeast of Saipan and is close to Suicide Cliff and Blue Hole, gets its name from the large number of birds that live there. Despite the Bird Island's small size, birds may live there comfortably. Banzai Cliff:  The Northern Mariana Islands' Saipan island's northernmost point, Banzai Cliff, is a historic location with a view of the Pacific, also is the location where the Japanese jumped off so they will not be captured. Sugar King Park:  In Garapan, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, right next to the NMI Museum of History and Culture, lies a municipal park called Sugar King Park. Last Command Post:  In the north of Saipan, there is a larger peace park that includes The Last Command Post. The Last Command Post, the Monument to the War Dead in the Mid-Pacif
